Let's talk about World Cup right now:)
These few days lately, I kept listening some views about World Cup this year from some of my friends. I am kinda thinking about it. There are lotsa types of football lovers among my friends. Lol. Am I observing them? :D Maybe, a yes. Why? Because I don't get it. Since I've been criticizing by them because of my addiction about watching the football matches; like the other hardcore fans of football, even though I am actually not as hardcore fan as them. Is it wrong? So, here's the lists of football fans according to my 'little-observation' :D
1. The Hardcore Fan. They got lotsa knowledges and infos about football. Don't you dare to play the history or facts about football with them if you don't really know about football. One of my aunts also belonged to this group. Same goes to Mr I. Guess what, who knows that Netherlands will meet Spain in the final, except if you're pro enough about the football and can predict based on your urmm I don't know maybe based on your knowledge:D Only the one who addicts to football knows who's gonna win or something like that, because they know who got the best player, which team plays well than others etc.
2. Some of the people around me told me that yahh they love to watch the football match, but no interest in the team played during the match. It was like, Sepa menang, sepa kalah, ya saya okay seja. Saya tgk seja nih :)
3. Some of them were supporting the team but didn't watched the matches of their favourite football teams, and other teams as well. This happened also to my sister, and one of my friend, Puk ( ahahahha sorry Puk, I mentioned your name here) :D This group also felt the frustration if their football teams were lose in the game, also the joy of winning:) They also considered as a fan of football, it just that they didn't watch the match.
4. There's also who support the teams because of their environment. Err, you didn't get it, don't you? It was like, me in the old days. :) I support the team, I watched the matches, and I felt the joy if they won the game also the sadness if they lose but it just because I was influenced by my parents, my siblings, my uncles, aunts, cousins etc. I didn't know if the team actually was a good team or what, as I choose them based on looking but not really seeing. Btw, my whole family love football. Football is like a part of my family's life. Even there were no World Cup, they're still watching the clubs' football matches, and each of them have their interest on which clubs they favor the most. My mom also a football player during her time too. Also goes to my aunts. And my other uncles. And cousins. And my sister. One of my uncles, the youngest sibling of my mom, currently a player for Sabah.
4. One of my housemate, her whole family support the same team, so same goes to her even though she didn't really into this game. I guess if I were her, I support the same team too. It is fun to watch football together with your family, screaming or shouting or cursing or critizing-like-you're-the-referee-there or enjoying the moments of goals together:)
5. Lastly, the not-so-hardcore fan but still, a football lover. :) This type of people of course, kinda addicted to World Cup too. They're just the same as the hardcore fan, but know less about the football compared to the hardcore fan. They support their fav team and respect the other teams as well, and watch the matches, and know the news updates, and and anddddd kinda know everything about WC; it just that they can't predict very well unlike the hardcore fans.
And that's why people always said that the World Cup has its own uniqueness. It brings people all around the world to sit and watch the match together, and celebrate together, when their teams win. It makes people to communicate to each other, talkin about the football even though actually they barely know each other, and just because of football, they talked and talked and finally become friends. World Cup has been like this since ages ago. No doubt about it. Furthermore, it only happen once in the 4 years period of time. No wonder if people are crazyyyy about it.
