Yes, vegetables are important for the purposes of our body. It contain lots of vitamins that good for our health. I totally aware with that facts but gah, I never concern about it. For me, vegetables taste sucks. They just don't taste good to me. Like, euwww~
I stopped eating vegetables in the age of eleven. I never know the actual reason, it isn't because of me has a trauma with this thing, it just that, I don't like the taste of it. Veggies are tasteless, never taste good unlike other types of foods. So naturally, I don't have a taste for anything green. The only vegetable I ate is, the cucumber. Is it count? I don't think that count really.
And as a result, I got dry skin, which surely not good for a youth like me, especially for the ladies. Who cares if guys don't have a smooth skin, but for ladies, yes, it surely a matter. It's kinda bad to have a dry and rough skin in this age. Even though I use lots of beauty products like the lotions to 'cure' my dry skin problem, but unfortunately, it doesn't work well.
People said, fruits also good for our skin. I do eat fruits, and eventually love to eat it because it taste wayyyy better than the vegetables. But like everyone said, the best medicine for our skin is, of course, the veggies. So, therefore, I need to eat it. My first try is the salad in McD's burger. Usually, I took out all the salad before start eating the burger, but now, yes, I eat it. It taste better. :)
This holidays, I try to eat different types of vegetables, and guess what, I think I kinda love it. So for those who hate vegetables, try it first, you'll going to love it. Trust me.
